A bit about me...
Photography has been a hobby for me since I was a teenager. My
father worked in a camera shop while he was in school, and there
were always cameras around the house. One of the first cameras I
seriously experimented with was an Olympus Pen.
Digital imaging intrigued me from the moment I first heard about
it. I couldn't wait to be able to experience immediate visualization
of my images.
My first digital camera was an Olympus D220L, and although the image quality was poor, it reinforced
my desire to follow the digital trend.
In 2001 I purchased my first digital SLR, and quickly became enthralled. I began reading and observing the
techniques utilized by my favorite nature photographers.
I acquired a selection of lenses, culminating with recent the purchase of a Canon 500 F4.
Photography is a way of expressing  myself....every outing is an opportunity to learn about nature and the
wonderful creatures who live in her realm.
